Quick Midweek Meals

Your stressed, tired and last thing on your mind is DINNER!!!! Here is a quick midweek tweak.
Put on a pot of salted water to boil, take frozen, yes frozen good quality meatballs, pour your self a glass of wine.

Next cut an onion into small chunks, add to an oven proof saute pan with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in it, cook till transparent.
